~ Satisfied Customer ~I called in for a free estimate after I was told by another company that I needed a new AC. Air Masters came out and reviewed my new options with me. The salesman also felt there was a possiblity that I was misled with a wrong diagnosis that morning and made it a point to contact the service manager while I was there to see what he could do. The Service Tech came first thing the next morning and sure enough, he was able to fix my problem and he repaired my system. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of honest companies out there and I was misled by one of them with an incorrect diagnosis. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by both Salesman and Service Tech and I felt they were very professional and honest and were truly upset by the way I was treated from the other company. I felt they were genuine in wanting to help me. I can say that you have gained a new customer. I will be using Air Masters from here on out for any repairs, maintenance, or cleaning needs we may have in the future. When the time comes for a new system, you will be the first ones I call.
